- Coordinate and/or conduct employee meetings
- Review contracts and amendments
- Review Summary Plan Description / Certificate
Plan Administration
- Assist with plan administration
- Assist in designing internal administrative and accounting procedures
- Monitor monthly claim reports & recommend cost control measures
- Review and evaluate COBRA administration and compliance
Policyholder Service
- Prompt response to service requests
- Provide service assistance for employer and employees
